Logic Test Socket

提供 long test time, short test time, high speed, 大面积等符合各种 application，并对 logic device/PKG. test 等最优化的 solution。

Memory Test Socket 

提供满足极小 pitch ~ normal pitch (0.2~1.0P) 的所有 memory device/PKG 及各种 test 环境的最优化 solution。
